    The purchase of MTN talktime on xapit needs to be addressed by both ZANACO and MTN quickly to stop the nightmares being experienced.
    The Xapit system seems to run out of MTN topup vouchers so often.I call the Call Centre, 5000, and they refer you to an Agent who they say is engaged by MTN. On the other hand, MTN Customer Care, 511, says its the responsibilty of ZANACO to order topup vouchers.
    Please, all of you people are in serious business of making money and most of all to provide a reliable service to your customers.I cant buy talktime for two days or more because nobody seems to know when the vouchers run out.Its not fair.ZANACO and MTN, address matter urgently. Let the system notify you when vouchers run out and not for the Customer to phone the Centres.

    On two occassion i have lost out on the CellZ top up as the transfer had not been done. Several times i have tried to top up my cellZ but i have always been told the voucher is not available. I have lost quiet alot of money through such failures. And would you kindly tell me what the charge is for every transaction made with XAPIT.

    KINDLY, ASSIST ME IN SPEEDING UP THE REPLACEMENT OF PIN NUMBERS BOTH FOR THE, MOBILE AND ATM ON XAPIT.

    I APPLIED FOR REPLACEMENTS A FORTNIGHT AGO BECAUSE EACH TIME I ENTER THE NUMBERS I GET INVALID PIN NUMBER MESSAGE.
    EACH TIME I CALL 5000 THERE IS NO ANSWER.

    ZANACO have Charged me alot of money over a case which is not my baby.The issue of printing cards in South Africa is not the case for customers. From last year in Dec 09 up to date the Bank has been charging 50 to 80 pin for withdraw inside.My issue is Vital l need my money.The delay in me Not having a card is not my fault!!!

    i was forced to have a card replacement after forgeting my pin number.im stil waiting as they sai patiance is a vaitue.but i must sai you people must have the cards prited from zambia not south africa,because its afecting us your clients.

    Kindly advise on how i can best transfer money to Stanbic Bank main branch via xapit on my mobile phone.I have a ZANACO ACCOUNT and have failed completely to transfer any amount because of the branch codes given to me by zanaco are not valid or the transaction always fails.. I have made numerous attempts to bring this to the attention of customer care marketing at head office but to my frustration they too gave me codes that dont work.This is becoming a nightmare for me and i wonder why zanaco is failing to come up with a product that is user friendly.

    I am losing money from my account and need to know the problem. Money is being removed from my account and put back later.     am a xapit account holder i want to contribute something concerning “customer service convinience “. I have noticed one thing which i feel if considered will help improve and increase the deposits for the Bank. I understand that the Bank’s customer base has enomously increased , hense the need for the Bank to setup More ATM points and More Depositing Points . I strongly think if my suggestion is considered , we will not see a lot of queues in bank and the response time will be fast for a customer, which shall result in customer satisfaction. Let the method of making a deposit be like opening an instant xapit account. concerned customer

    I lost my Xapit Account password and I went to the Zanaco Brancho along cairo for them to give me the password. I gave them my Xapit card and filled in the form. they told me to come after two week and then i went there after two weeks, they gave me my New Zanaco Xapit card and then i went hoping and thinking that i will receive the password on my phone but it didn’t. Then i called Zanaco customer care(5000) and they told me that i need to go back to the same branch but i don’t have time to go back am always busy and its now a month since then. please help me.
