The Company is organized into two operating divisions: Its Plant in Lusaka and Ndola Plant on the Zambian Copperbelt. It is a wet process plant with an annual capacity of 200,000 tons. Two main raw materials are used by the plant, namely limestone and phyllite. Ndola Plant is a dry process plant with a capacity of 450,000 tons per annum. Limestone, shale and sand are the main materials used. The Company owns 14% of Mbeya Cement Company Limited.
